Position Title: PeopleSoft Technical Developer
Location: NYC
Duration: 6 months

Required Experience:
2 3 years of PeopleSoft SA Technical Experience, specifically in the Admissions Module.
Experience in Higher Education environment. PeopleSoft SA Implementation experience in version 8.0 or higher.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent planning, problem solving and communication skills. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, testing and error resolution. Ability to work independently and in a team environment without direct supervision. Works well under pressure and consistently meets deadlines. Strong organizational skills, ability to self start and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in People Code and PeopleTools.
Job Duties:
% of time
30% of time Provide technical guidance and recommendations during implementation activities. Assist in the preparation of PeopleSoft Recruiting/Admissions functional specifications for requested modifications as assigned.
20% of time Prepare test scripts and other required documentation during the implementation phase. Plan, schedule and coordinate all testing activities.
20% of time Provide technical support for Undergraduate Admissions PeopleSoft functional and technical users. Assist with troubleshooting and recording issues and resolutions for future reference. Identify and coordinate testing requirements for new bundles and releases.
20% of time Assist in the development of staff training guides and materials and in the conduct of training sessions.
10% of time Support development enhancements for existing PeopleSoft modifications and delivered functionality as determined by the Admissions Directors.
